Free cooking class to learn how to cook a typical Abruzzo dish
Become an expert in traditional Abruzzo cuisine by participating in the gastronomic workshop “La via della cucina abruzzese”: a free cooking class in which to prepare and taste “pallotte cacio e uova”, a traditional dish typical of Abruzzo. Thanks to the collaboration with the restaurant “Osteria del Carcere” in Sant’Apollinare and the PICSAT Abruzzo Association, it will be possible to discover the traditional method of preparing one of the most renowned dishes of Abruzzo, loved in Italy and beyond!
You will be guided by skilled hands and eyes, making the dishes to perfection. In the meantime, you will discover curiosities and hidden stories related to the typical cuisine of Abruzzo and the people who still prepare these dishes as they once did.
