Biccari
Walk through the streets of Biccari, a characteristic village in the Daunian Apennines, which was the birthplace of a well-known Italian abroad, Ralph De Palma, an American driver considered one of the greatest car drivers of all time, a symbol for generations of Italian emigrants in America. Lucera
Guided tour of the historic center of the ancient city of Lucera, candidate for Italian Capital of Culture 2026. We will visit the monumental Swabian-Angevin Fortress and you will be amazed by the classical grandeur of the Roman Amphitheater. Troy
Guided tour in the historic center of Troia, to discover the beautiful Romanesque Cathedral. The town is also known for transhumance, i.e. the traditional transfer of flocks of sheep that saw Troy as a crossing point towards the Daunian Mountains. In summer it is still possible to witness the transhumance of livestock, an event celebrated in a large community festival. After the visit you will be able to enjoy the tasting of the typical dessert of Troia, the Pasionaria, which you certainly will not be able to forget. Lunch in a typical restaurant. Faeto
Visit to one of the two highest villages in Apulia and the only linguistic island in Apulia of the ancient Franco-Provençal, together with the nearby Celle San Vito. Faeto is a village with picturesque alleys, overlooking the Tavoliere delle Puglie, where you will enjoy a splendid view of the beech and oak woods that surround it and an unspoiled silence. Bovine
Walk in the center of Bovino, one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy” certified “Orange Flag” by the Italian Touring Club. It will be pleasant to get lost in the characteristic alleys until you are amazed by the beauty of the Ducal Castle which, dominating the entire valley, contains the ancient history of the place. This will be followed by a tasting of typical local dairy products.
