Walk through the center of Bovino, one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in Italy” certified “Orange Flag” country by the Italian Touring Club. It will be thrilling to wander through the quaint alleys until you are amazed by the beauty of the Ducal Castle, which, dominating the entire valley, encapsulates the ancient history of the place.
This will be followed by a tasting of local dairy products.

Move by bus to the nearby “Moleno d’acqua del Ponte,” the only still-functioning water mill in Puglia, where you can admire the ancient processing of the prized Cappelli wheat, handed down from generation to generation by the family that runs it.

Lunch at the estates of a well-known chef. Visit to the estate and winery in the company of the chef and lunch.

Accadia
After the succulent meal, we will head to the village of Accadia for a visit to the MOA – Museum of the Origins of Accadia recently opened inside a historic building, which narrates the origins of the village in an innovative and engaging way.
