About Us

This project was born under the umbrella of the European program TASTE, which promotes sustainability, resilience, and digitalization in food and wine tourism. From Green to Screen is the result of a premier partnership led by Società Agricola Dai Dellerba, in close collaboration with Agriturismo Tenuta La Serra and Radici Piemontesi (Italea Piemonte). Together, we have joined forces to blend the authenticity of Piedmontese rural tradition with the innovation of digital tourism.

Objectives and Achievements

Our goal is simple yet ambitious: to make the excellence of our territory accessible to anyone, anywhere in the world. The project comes to life through four core pillars:

• Immersive Virtual Tours: 360° digital experiences narrated by the voices of those who work the land every day. An opportunity to virtually wander through the stunning hills of the Pinerolo and Chieri areas, hearing stories directly from the producers.

• Home-Delivered Tasting Kits: The flavor of your roots travels to you. You will receive a curated selection of our agricultural products at home, transforming the virtual tour into a complete and tangible sensory experience.

• Digital Storytelling: Family memories are often preserved in the kitchen. Through traditional video recipes and guided online tastings, you can rediscover and savor the deep, unbreakable bond between food and our cultural origins.

• Sustainability and Inclusion: A cutting-edge digital tourism model that breaks down geographical and physical barriers. We promote inland rural areas ethically, offering an accessible experience that respects the environment and is profoundly inclusive.

Book your Tasting Kit to savor the taste of your ancestral home and try your hand at preparing some traditional recipes. You will receive:

• 2 bottles of wine, flour, chopped hazelnuts, and ragù (all local products).

• Video-recipes to prepare our traditional hazelnut cake and tagliatelle al ragù yourself.
