The experience

A free cooking class to learn how to prepare a traditional Abruzzo dessert

Become an expert in Abruzzo cuisine by participating in the free cooking class “Chef per un giorno”: a cooking class that is an occasion to dedicate yourself to the preparation of cellipieni, a traditional dessert typical of Abruzzo. Thanks to the collaboration with the Circolo Pensionati di San Vito Chietino and the PICSAT Abruzzo Association, it will be possible to learn the history of these famous traditional sweets and the best way to cook them, using the techniques and strategies of our grandparents!

You will be guided by skilled hands and eyes, making the dishes to perfection and being able, during the cooking class, to taste the variants of “cellipieni”, for an experience that satisfies the soul and body.
